You represent and warrant that you: (a) are legally authorised to enter into these terms and use our services; (b) have not previously been suspended or removed from using our services; (c) have full power and authority to enter into this agreement and in doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party; (d) using our platform in your own name and for your own benefit; and (e) will not use our services if any applicable laws in your country prohibit you from doing so in accordance with these Terms.

We are committed to provide gratifying gaming experience and responsible gaming; and, as part of our corporate social responsibility, advise our users to exercise due caution and play responsibly in a planned manner.
We wish to emphasise that moderation should be considered by the users whilst using our platform. We would urge you to set limits (and comply with them) on the time and monies reserved and spent by you on our platform; and, not be influenced/coerced by other people.
